Now I have 3 points on my run that I will stop, turn around and wait for him to round the corner. Run the entire map in a clockwise motion. This is the easiest and most effective strategy. I haven't played him on crushing yet.but I beat him on normal and died once and beat him on Hard and died once (grenades). I really don't find him all that difficult. Also, don't roll close to walls because that'll cause you to mistakenly go into cover. Be careful not to roll off of ledges though because that will cause you to grab on to the ledge. Also, roll as much as you can because it really helps you dodge his shotgun blasts. Remember, he takes 4 hits on the final sequence. Stay on the outside, make a few revolutions so that sap can regenerate and used it for the final 3 hits. Now when he approaches that same sap that you used to finish him off in the first sequence, shoot it. Hide behind it and when he throws the grenades move away from his position. Now, remember the part I spoke about in the first sequence with a sap on the near left and the far right? The far right one is gone and all that is left is a fallen column to hide behind. Dodge his grenades and toss yours a bit in front of him because he'll walk right into it. Once you start heading clockwise look behind you to locate him. Now you must get far enough ahead to be able to cut across the map and head clockwise again. The last sap that I instructed you to use the last go round will no longer be available. It's easy to stay ahead of the grenades by performing rolls and jumps. Use that sap for the next two hits using the same method I mentioned before.Īfter the 2nd cutscene where he starts talking about "destiny" he'll start tossing 4 grenades out tontry to cut you off. Two revolutions and that last sap he jumped up next to should regenerate.
While staying on the outer portions of the map continue making revolutions past the opening you have to jump over. Climb the next level of stairs and be sure to jump off because you don't want to simply walk off and chance Drake grabbing the ledge. Climb them and roll to pick up the ammo and grenade. There should be some broken staircases on the left side. Once he climbs up next to it shoot it, turn, and run. He'll be jumping on that ledge any minute now so aim at it and get ready to fire as soon as he's up there. Leap it, run past the sap on your right and turn around to see a sap high ip on your right. Make your way around the map until you get to the opening on the outer edge that you must jump. He should be behind you still but now you'll begin to run counter clockwise. Jump across a few areas and stay away from the saps. As he approaches the sap that is now on your far right, shoot it for 3rd hit.Īfter he stops talking trash turn to your left and break for it. Continue running and ease behind the sap on the right and turn to see him getting closer. You'll end up in an area with a sap close to you on your left and one farther on the right. Now turn, quickly climb the ledge, and run for it! Make sure you're looking behind you to see that he's still giving chase. When he starts to give chase shoot that first sap that you start the level standing next to for the 2nd hit on him. While he screams in rage run down to the left and stop and turn around just before the ledge you have to climb. As he climbs up he'll walk right into the grenade and take that first hit.
#LAZAREVIC UNCHARTED 2 FULL#
And you could easily finish the game and never know about it (unless you just read about it now) but Uncharted 2 is full of subtle, incidental wonderment to enhance your overall experience. Her's how I played him on Crushing: As soon as the level starts drop your grenade right on top of the ledge he has to climb up to get to you. There’s no button prompt to tell you to do this. If you walk up to them and hit Triangle, Drake puts his hands up to his head like moose antlers and goes 'Uggga Buggga Buggga' as they laugh at him. There's a bit in a Tibetan village where you first meet Tenzin - a non-English speaking Sherpa guide - and as you trudge through the tranquil village you pass a group of kids and two of the little 'uns proceed to hide behind a wall.
One of our single greatest moments is far more sedate. But Uncharted 2 is much more than mindless blood-shed. You can drag them off platforms or maybe even run up a box and plant boot under their chin. You can now perform takedowns that drag enemies behind cover, so you don’t get shot up. There’s more than enough fodder for you to mow down with these weapons but Drake has also learned some more unarmed skills to bring the pain.
